Shipping policy

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $5 for Standard Shipping on sticker or single print orders in Canada. Accessories, playing cards, and larger print orders will have shipping calculated at checkout. If you’re in a hurry we also offer Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost shipping and those rates are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address. Shipping is free on orders over $100! 

For shipping outside of Canada costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping over $100 is also free to the US.

We ship all orders through Canada Post. US and International orders will be delivered by your local postal service.

What about duties?
Any duties incurred on US or international orders are payable on delivery and not covered by Cryin' Shame. 

When should I expect my items?
All orders received will be mailed out in 3-5 business days. Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost orders come with tracking. Shipping times vary depending on the selected service.

How are the items packaged and shipped?
Prints and greeting cards are mailed in clear plastic sleeves in stayflat envelopes, with added chipboard pads for extra protection. 

Do you offer returns?
All items are final sale. If you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible.
